Our reformer Pilates studio offers a considered and focused approach to strength and mobility, complementing time on court and supporting long-term performance. Guided by experienced instructors, sessions build deep, balanced strength while improving flexibility and posture.

Social and Leisure - Golf simulator
Our golf simulator provides a dedicated indoor space in which members can practise, play, and refine their game all year round. Equipped with advanced simulator technology, it offers a convenient setting for focused training, casual competition, or relaxed social play alongside your wider club experience.
Whether you’re working on your swing, playing a virtual round with friends, or fitting in some practice between padel sessions, the golf simulator adds another flexible way to enjoy your time at the club.
Changing Facilities & Sauna
The Padel Studio changing rooms have been designed with comfort and discretion in mind, with spacious layouts and a well-appointed finish that allows for easy transitions between court, club, and your busy schedule. Thoughtful details, secure lockers, and well-maintained shower facilities mean each visit is convenient as well as comfortable.
Our changing facilities feature a 4-person sauna, offering a relaxing space in which to relieve those sore muscles, and ease away the stresses of your day.
Co-working space
Our co-working space is a natural extension of our Premium Plus membership offering; not somewhere you visit for an hour, but instead somewhere you can base your day around.
Whether you’re a padel-first member who happens to need a desk, or a flexible worker who feels they’d benefit from a reliable place to knuckle down, our co-working capability is the perfect contemporary space.
Pro Shop
The Padel Studio pro shop is a convenient place to pick up your own padel kit; far from being a generic sports shop, it’s a space stocked specifically for padel players at every level.
Our pro shop has everything a padel player needs, all in one place. This includes rackets, shoes, bags, bottles, accessories, and more; you'll find the right kit for your game without having to look elsewhere.

For friendly tournaments, team sessions, and social occasions, The Padel Studio offers a versatile setting for private events and group bookings. From exclusive court hire to bespoke event arrangements, every detail is curated to ensure a memorable experience that goes without a hitch.

Booking & Accessibility
Booking courts at The Padel Studio is easy through PadelMates; book courts as a group, or connect with other players that share your passion for padel.
Find us at Unit B1/B2 Yalding Enterprise Park, Hampstead Lane in Yalding, with free parking outside, and Yalding Station just a stone’s throw from the door.
Accessibility is integral to The Padel Studio experience, with straightforward access throughout the venue and on-site parking available for members and guests alike.
